On January 1, 2025, Coringrato Insurance Agency joined D.E. Cressman Insurance Agency. Learn more about what this update means for you:
1. What’s happening to my policy?
Nothing. Both Coringrato and D.E. Cressman utilize the same insurance carriers (primarily Erie Insurance), so your policy will remain the same. Of course, you can call an agent from either team to make updates as needed!
2. Will the Coringrato office remain open?
On June 16, the Coringrato office will officially close as the Coringrato team – Jane, Joan, Cindy and Sarina – join the D.E. Cressman team at 2310 Walbert Avenue in Allentown, just a few minutes/miles away!
Together with agents Dan, Allison, Rob, Maryann, Stephanie, and Chelsea, your insurance coverage and plans will continue to be serviced.
3. How can I pay my insurance bill?
Your insurance bills can be paid online or via mail like always.
Prefer to pay in person? Stop by the D.E. Cressman office at 2310 Walbert Avenue.

HIGHWAY:
- Head north on Fullerton Ave – 0.1 mi
- Turn left to merge onto US-22 W – 3.5 mi
- Take the Cedar Crest Blvd exit – 0.2 mi
- Turn right onto N Cedar Crest Blvd- 0.3 mi
- Turn right onto Office Center Rd – 0.3 mi
- Turn right onto Walbert Ave, D.E. Cressman will be on the right
AVOID HIGHWAYS:
- Take Grape St to Jordan Blvd – 0.9 mi
- Take W Union St to Mickley Rd – 0.6 mi
- Take Presidential Dr to Girard Ave in South Whitehall Township – 2.0 m
- Continue on Girard Ave to Walbert Ave – 0.9 mi
- Turn left onto Walbert Ave, D.E. Cressman will be on the right
4. Why D.E. Cressman?
The Coringrato and D.E. Cressman relationship goes back more than four decades! In 1979, D.E. Cressman founder Donald had a massive heart attack. His son Dan, a fresh college graduate, stepped up to run the business with no experience. Fellow local Erie Insurance agent Ed Coringrato, Jane and Joan’s father, reached out to help Dan tirelessly until he got on his feet, serving as an invaluable mentor during a difficult time. Dan shared this “Everyday Heroes” story with Erie in 2019 – watch it here!
Today, Dan serves as a mentor to his daughter Allison and son-in-law Rob as they serve as third-generation owners of D.E. Cressman. Additionally, Jane and Joan have mentored Allison, all helping to ensure customer needs are met, expectations are exceeded, and the legacies of these two agencies live on in the Lehigh Valley. We are here for you.
5. What do I need to do?
Nothing! As noted above, your policies will remain the same. We welcome you to call or stop by with any questions. Additionally, a member of D.E. Cressman may reach out, as they look forward to getting to know you, your family, and all about your insurance policies.
